We build long-term relationships with trusted producers at each origin, working with partners who share our commitment to quality, careful post-harvest practices, and responsible farming. By paying fairly and sourcing transparently, we help create a supply chain that benefits everyone - from the producers who grow the cacao to the people who enjoy our chocolate.

Every origin has its own story, and every harvest has its own character. Our role is simply to honour that by crafting chocolate that lets each origin speak for itself.

Asante Akim, Ghana

House Origin

Three Mountains Cocoa works with smallholder farmers across the Asante Akim region of Ghana, supporting exceptional cacao through careful fermentation, drying, and transparent sourcing. Their commitment to quality and long-term producer relationships consistently delivers cacao of outstanding character.

Since 2020, we've partnered with Leslie, founder of Three Mountains Cocoa, drawn by his commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainable sourcing. We selected this origin for its classic chocolate profile - deep cocoa flavour, rich fudgy notes, and remarkable consistency - making it the perfect foundation for our House Origin.

Sierra de las Minas, Guatemala

Explorer Origin

Jolomjix works with Q'eqchi' Maya smallholder farmers in Guatemala's Sierra de las Minas, where cacao is grown beneath a canopy of native trees in one of the country's most biodiverse regions. Through careful fermentation, drying, and a commitment to quality, they produce exceptional cacao while helping to preserve the region's rich natural environment.

We selected this origin for its vibrant and expressive flavour profile - bright citrus, honeyed sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a lingering cocoa finish. As one of our Explorer Origins, each harvest offers a unique expression of Guatemala's Sierra de las Minas and the people who cultivate it.

Zocay, Colombia

Explorer Origin

Zocay works with smallholder farmers in the Vista Hermosa and San Juan de Arama municipalities of Colombia's Meta region. Through careful fermentation, drying, and long-term partnerships, they support communities that have embraced fine cacao cultivation, helping to create a more sustainable future while producing exceptional cocoa beans.

We selected this origin for its elegant and balanced flavour profile - notes of ripe stone fruit, caramel sweetness, roasted almonds, and a lingering cocoa finish. As one of our Explorer Origins, it is a remarkable expression of the character and diversity of Colombian cacao.
