Factory Tours

Here at Bullion, we want everyone to experience the joy of our craft, the complex journey of taking cacao and turning it into award winning single-origin chocolate. Join us at our factory, and discover for yourself the artistry and skill of bean-to-bar chocolate production.

We’re based in Kelham Island, Sheffield, fast becoming known for its thriving food and drink scene. An area once famous for its steel and cutlery production - we’re now using the knives and forks instead of making them!

FACTORY TOUR AND TASTING

Want to know what goes on behind the scenes? Join us for a tour of our brand-new craft chocolate factory.

Our expert guides will talk you through every step of the time-honoured Bean-to-Bar method, so you can see for yourself exactly how we make our award-winning bars. This tour will also give you the opportunity to sample some of our ever-growing range of exceptional quality chocolate. Let us open your eyes to the rich and nuanced flavours of cacao, and experience chocolate as it was always meant to taste!

What’s more, after your tasting session, we will accompany you to our café-bar and gift shop based in Cutlery Works, just a 5 minute walk around the corner from the factory. Here, we will leave you to  relax and enjoy a complimentary mug of our delicious Ecuadorian drinking chocolate (or your choice of drink), completing your Bean-to-Bar tour and tasting experience!

Here at Bullion we have always offered small group tours, allowing you a more personable experience, so you can really get to grips with the amazing journey from bean to bar.

As a result, all our tours and tastings are completely covid-secure, with social distancing in place to ensure the safety of both staff and customers. As a part of this, we ask that you wear a mask unless you are exempt. We appreciate your cooperation at this unprecedented time.
