How should I enjoy Bullion Chocolate?
Take a moment. Place a piece of chocolate on your tongue and allow it to melt slowly, revealing its layers of flavour as it unfolds across your palate. Chocolate melts at body temperature, so the finest way to experience it is to let it dissolve naturally rather than biting straight into it.
Storing your chocolate
For the finest tasting experience, keep your chocolate in a cool, dry environment, away from heat, sunlight, and strong aromas. Avoid refrigeration - condensation can compromise the texture and smooth finish of the chocolate.
Is Bullion Chocolate compatible with hot chocolate machines?
Yes. Bullion Chocolate works perfectly with Velvetiser-style machines and other hot chocolate makers for a smooth, indulgent drinking experience. Alternatively, you can simply warm your milk in a pan or microwave and stir in the chocolate for a rich, luxurious cup.
Is Bullion Chocolate vegan?
Our dark chocolate recipes do not contain dairy as an ingredient. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles milk products, so they may contain traces of dairy. If you have a severe allergy or follow a strict vegan lifestyle, we recommend taking this into consideration before purchasing.
Is Bullion Chocolate gluten free?
All Bullion Chocolate is made in a facility that handles gluten. While many of our products do not include gluten as an ingredient, they may contain traces. Certain bars do contain gluten, so please check individual product descriptions if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance.
If you have a severe allergy, we recommend taking this into consideration before purchasing.
Is Bullion Chocolate nut free?
Some of our products contain nuts, while others do not. All Bullion Chocolate is made in a facility that handles nuts, so even products without nut ingredients may contain traces. Please check individual product descriptions carefully if you have a nut allergy or intolerance.

Nationwide Delivery
Free delivery on orders over £25
We’ve been overwhelmed by the love for our chocolate - a huge thank you to all of our customers!
To help us manage this increased demand, we have updated our delivery schedule. We now make one delivery run per week, with a weekly cut-off at 10pm on Tuesdays. Orders placed after this time will be included in the following week’s delivery run.
Orders placed before 10pm on Tuesdays will be dispatched via Next Day Delivery with one of our trusted partners (DPD or Parcelforce) on Wednesday or Thursday of the same week.
Examples:
- Order on Monday → posted Wednesday or Thursday of the same week
- Order on Wednesday → posted Wednesday or Thursday of the following week
Please note: We currently only ship within the UK.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
