The cacao is produced by smallholder farmers in Guayas & El Oro, and are grouped in 9 associations, and certified against EU organic standard and Fair For Life standard. Post-harvesting processes are centrally organised with strict protocols.
We’ve been able to bring the best from the bean using a specific roast – creating an Ecuador Nacional classic with chocolate tones and tropical fruits.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Butter & Cane Sugar.
