We've selected our hallmark origin; Ecuador, Santo Domingo for this easter special. With it's deep caramel complexity, we're delivering it 3 ways...
1, Blackthorn Salted 70% Dark
Salt adds another complexity to chocolate, intensifying the flavours. Subtle crystals that burst in your mouth before the chocolate begins to melt.
We want the best for our bunnies, and Blackthorn are just that! Based on the West Coast of Scotland, they use the ancient Tower Thorn Method to produce flakes of the finest sea salt.

2, Mocha 44% Milk
We're using our Academy of Chocolate Gold Winning recipe for this bunny. Chocolate and coffee go hand in hand, which makes for a delicious mocha inspired bunny.
Partnering with the esteemed Square Mile Coffee Roasters - we've taken their Red Brick blend for its accessible profile, making it the perfect pairing with our Ecuadorian Chocolate.

3, Hallmark Milk 44%
This particular chocolate has made quite the stir. Featuring on Saturday Kitchen and becoming a firm favourite of expert Paul A Young - whilst going down a treat with Off Menu podcast host and comedian, Ed Gamble.
With a deep chocolate complexity and undertones of malt, this bunny gives an aura of nostalgia - perfect for an easter treat.
