It’s no secret that cocktails have become a big part of our café bar offering, in particular the Bullion Espresso Martini - our take on the classic using house nib infused vodka. Which we’re proud to say has always been well received. But just as we aim to get the best out of our chocolate, we have set our sights on getting the best out of this cocktail.
The infused vodka and espresso (from our good friends Caravan Roastery) were top drawer, so it was the final element of the liqueur that we went to work on. After 9 months of development, we believe we’ve done it. Introducing The Cocoa Nib Liqueur...

Not to be confused with a chocolate liqueur, this spirit has rich, deep caramel notes with subtle cocoa undertones from the nibs. Perfect for balancing out that special cocktail or straight-up over ice for the more discerning drinker.

Made a Death by chocolate Martini using this and it was amazing! Also very nice with just ice. Sweet and flavourful - an overall lovely liquor!
Smooth and sweet, no need for a mixer, just add ice and enjoy. Would also make a great chocolate espresso martini.
